digital camera with good quality video?

hi, can anyone name me some cameras that have more than 640 x 480 resolution video recording? and 30fps also.

i need a camera that will take good videos but so far the best quality ive seen is 640 x 480 at 30fps.
oh and preferably id like to record for around 5-10mins..

help please
