Spy-shredder taken control of my display screen. How can I select photo for my desktop?

Help! I used Superantispyware to remove the pop-up security messesages from spyshredder. Spyshredder also seemed to take control of my desktop display. I can no longer select a photo to display on my desktop. Any suggestions?
