how to clean tape from windows?
If the tape still has its backing and isn't just the adhesive, you can take a sponge and get it really hot with water, and apply it to the OPPOSITE side of the window. This melts the adhesive so you can peel the tape up. That also works when you buy a new mug or vase or something - fill it with hot water and let it set for a few. The price sticker peels off nicely.

Sony has developed new high performance AIT Turbo data storage technology which is based on the well renowned AIT tape format. Sony has enhanced AIT turbo tape format's capacity and data throughput in comparison to its previous tape versions. Sony AIT Turbo has exceptional features that secure the data with increased level of reliability and cost effective performance. Sony AIT-1 turbo tape is designed to withstand heavy work loads and provides fast recording capability. TAIT1-40C is a highly robust AIT-1 turbo tape which has been manufactured by Sony to provide long term data storage at an affordable cost. The capacity of Sony TAIT1-40C backup tape in native form is 40 GB and assures cost effective performance under stress and work loads. Sony AIT-1 turbo format has all the advanced features of the high speed AIT tape format along with other advantageous attributes.
Sony AIT turbo is the most efficient tape storage technology developed to provide high class backup storage solutions ranging from mid-range to the high end. Sony introduced the high speed AIT tape storage format in 1996 which established new standards for high performance and economical storage solutions. Introduction of AIT turbo tape has provided more capacity and performance options to the advanced intelligent tape family. Sony used the innovative AME technology in the development of the AIT format that has improved its output characteristics and durability of base film.
AIT turbo drive will be required to use the AIT turbo media. Magnetic layer of the AIT-1 turbo tape media's base film is further protected by a lubricant coating as well as a diamond like carbon (DLC) layer. Sony AIT-1 turbo ensures high speed and cost effective backup operations while maintaining the durable and data protection characteristic of AIT tape format. Magnetic flux density of the Sony AIT-1 turbo is higher than other conventional data tapes because during the development of the AIT tape's base film, pure cobalt is first evaporated and then afterwards it is deposited onto the media film. This technique also helps to improve the coercivity. AIT tape media technology is capable of delivering outstanding backup solutions in applications that range from high data intensive to mid-range.
Sony AIT-1 TAIT1-40C tape features smaller cartridge size and long term storage capability at an economical cost. Sony has designed SDX1-CL cleaning cartridge that protects the tape media thus contributing to tape longevity and improved performance. Sony SDX1-CL cleaning cartridge provides high class performance in both AIT turbo and AIT backup drives. An advantageous attribute of AIT drive is the latest self cleaning process that has cut down the need for frequently using the cleaning tape cartridge. When the cleaning lamp of the AIT drive flashes, it indicates that it is now necessary to use the cleaning cartridge. Size of the Sony AIT-1 turbo tapes is much smaller in comparison to the traditional storage tapes. In this way lesser AIT-1 turbo tapes will be sufficient for holding huge data volumes. Lesser quantity of data tapes means reduced operational cost.
