When I try to charge my Samsung L730 camera, the charger light flashes yellow/orange?

I don't know whether my battery has died but I have only used my camera on a few occasions sinceI first bought it approx. 2 years ago.
Does anybody know if the flashing yellow/orange colour light when attempting to charge means that the battery is most certainly dead?
I have left it to charge overnight and the light is the same from the moment I plug it in to the moment I unplug it again.

page 14 explaines the LED color status for your battery/charging.
Blinking orange seems to indicate that the battery is "discharging" but I'm not familiar with your camera, so it will probably make more sense to you, if you have the camera in front of you.
